Inner Sanctuary in Times of Turbulence
Join us for a special class combining Iyengar Yoga asana with an immersive sound bath experience. Led by Gwi-Seok Hong, this class will engage participants in supported, recuperative poses accompanied by the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls played by Marlene Patton. We will conclude the session with a short vocal toning to support the chakras. We offer this not to deny nor run away from the turbulence of the world, but to nourish ourselves inwardly, so that we can be fully present in all that we do.
This is a fundraiser for Iyengar Yoga Silent Dance Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization supporting the Iyengar Yoga community in Hawaii since 1977
Suggested donation: $15–$40
