Yoga for Perimenopause (In-Person and Online)

Irregular periods? Heavy flow? Sleep issues? Hot flashes? Welcome to the club! The good news is that Iyengar Yoga can be a huge help in alleviating symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Geeta Iyengar, BKS Iyengar's daughter, provided a tremendous service to humanity by teaching us ways to balance our hormones, reduce inflammation, create emotional stability, alleviate aches and pains, and settle our nervous systems.
