Sound Bath and Restorative Asana

More than ever, we need to cultivate inner calm along with mental clarity. Join Gwi-Seok and Marlene for a session to stabilize the physical body while creating mental and emotional ease in supported poses. Standing poses, forward bends, gentle back bends, and twists will all be included. All levels are welcome.
