Our bones provide the scaffolding for the whole body. Throughout our lives, but especially as we age, we strive to keep our bones strong so we can move through the world and confidently engage in all the activities we love.
In this workshop, for all levels of Iyengar Yoga practitioners, we will focus on āsanas specifically to build and maintain bone strength.
We will cover standing poses, arm balances, twists, backbending, and inversions, all geared toward healthy bones.
