Intro to Yoga with Ann-Marie

In this 4-week series designed for beginners, you will learn the basics of Iyengar Yoga to help you gain strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. Each class will build upon the previous class in a progressive and supportive manner.

This course is offered in-person at our Kaimuki studio for vaccinated students only. Class size is limited to 15 students so please sign up early to ensure your spot!

Start the new year with a practice of yoga that is known to decrease stress, calm the mind, and increase energy levels.
