An intelligent Yoga practice can help bring balance to your neck, shoulders and upper back.
Healthy Neck and Shoulders is a 4-class therapy series designed to support the health of your neck, shoulders and upper back. Students will learn how to work with yoga props, sequencing, timings, and principles of alignment to address their neck and shoulder tension and pain. These classes will include both active and restorative poses.
Open to students with a minimum of one year of Iyengar Yoga practice. Class size is limited to 15 students.
Gwi-Seok Hong is a senior-level instructor teaching since 2001. She teaches fun, dynamic classes, while specializing in yoga for common ailments (hip/back pain, neck/shoulder pain, knee pain) and women's health. She combines rigor and precision with philosophy to offer a holistic experience of the profound art of yoga.
