Intro To Yoga


In this 4-week series designed for beginners, you will learn the basics of Iyengar Yoga to help you gain strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. Each class will build upon the previous class in a progressive and supportive manner.

Learn the fundamentals of yoga in a small class setting with Deb Lau. Deb is a warm, companionate and thoughtful teacher. This class is great for students new to Iyengar Yoga, returning students, or those who would like a review of the basics.

This course is offered in-person at our Kaimuki studio. Class size is limited so please sign up early to ensure your spot!

Please bring your own yoga mat, all other props will be provided at the studio.
