Please join us for an Iyengar Yoga Workshop with Lois Steinberg, Ph.D., CIYT Advanced 2, C-IAYT. Lois is an Advanced Junior 2 Certified Iyengar Yoga instructor with over 40 years of study, practice, and teaching experience. She is the author of numerous books and articles and is widely respected and consulted for her considerable knowledge of therapeutics. Her understanding of the relationships between asana and health is among her many gifts as an instructor, as is her desire and capacity to attend to the needs of individual students.
