Intro To Yoga


In this 4-week series designed for beginners, you will learn the basics of Iyengar Yoga to help you gain strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. Each class will build upon the previous class in a progressive and supportive manner.

Learn the basics of yoga in a small class setting with Ann-Marie who is a seasoned teacher at our center. This class is great for students new to Iyengar Yoga, returning students, or those who would like a review of the basics.

This course is offered in-person at our Kaimuki studio for vaccinated students only. Class size is limited to 15 students so please sign up early to ensure your spot!

Please bring your own yoga mat, all other props will be provided at the studio. Click here for more information about our in-studio guidelines and policies.
